David holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Economics from Towson University, and an A.A. in Business from Montgomery College.
He retired from Northrop Grumman as a Deputy Program Manager and lives with his wife Diane in Westminster, MD.
Duties of the Commandant:
The Commandant is the leader of the Detachment and as such shall be presiding officer at all Board of Trustee and general membership meetings. The Commandant or his appointed representative shall be in charge of all Detachment functions and activities. The Commandant shall have a thorough working knowledge of all other officer's duties and makes all position appointments as he deems necessary.
Ultimately responsible for the happenings, strategy, development, expansion, and execution thereof of the detachment.
